Our
robot platform will be the KHR-2HV which is commercially available
through Kondo. This robot has a total of 17 independently controlled
servo motors and an onboard power supply. These robots are capable of
executing some very impressive maneuvers given the correct control
sequence (see videos below).

on board computer ROBIN, manufactured by Shimafuji, is a lightweight
solution that offers sufficient PWM servo motor outputs and A/D channel
inputs for sensory information.
