While doing Lab 1, you might think that wiring is very tedious and you often get embarassed when your wire are too short or too long. I have some tip for you.

A. Keep a stock of wires

Get some wires, make nice loops, and keep them your lab kit. I found this saves a lot of time.

B. Make a lot of same wires at once

You can save time on Setup-Time , Hold Time, and Contamination Delay . Believe it or not, making "standard" size wires would save some time, too! Use different color for each length standard.

C. Keep them orderly somewhere in your lab kit

You have spent so much time on making them. It saves time if you reuse them. Keep them somewhere in order.
