Click back and forth between the two targets as quickly and accurately as you can. If you miss a target, the page will flash and not record the time for that click, but you should keep going. If you make any mistakes, resulting in very long times for some clicks, you can delete those clicks from the textbox on the right, and the workbench will recalculate automatically.
