Text files containing conditional
probability tables for the networks used in the support code: Neighbor, Alarm and
Carpo.
Notes:
You can work on this project in pairs or individually. There will be short individual interviews at the end of the project (see the project description).
Two of the given bayes nets are available at:
Alarm , and
Carpo
If you don't have a commonly available spreadsheet program for making the plots you
might want to use GnuPlot (available here).
Matlab is also really nice for processing data and making
graphs. And the help is terrific!
