tigerdb has a format like this
streetName startPt endPt length [leftZip] [rightZip] [leftNumbers] [rightNumbers]
If leftNumbers is 33-41, it means 33 is on the start point?
It's unclear
I just assumed 33 is on the start, and 41 is on the end.
but, if there is a street like, [StreetName] Prospect St, leftNumbers [33-41]
If I traverse this one street segment from 33 number to 41 number,
I should turn left on the start point, and destination should be on the left point (last line)
becase I assumed 33 is on the start number.
but My MapQuik result in opposite orientations.
